Lexi and Al Hunter come from a family of word hunters, although they don't know it. Then they find a dictionary hidden in their school library. Al and Lexi get transported to the past by the dictionary and find out that in order to make their way back home they have to travel further into the past, hunting a word, until they can come back to their own time in the 21st century.
